Elegant iridescent mother of pearl corn maiden has inlaid black jet eyes and mouth and a red coral pendent. Delicate tracery decorates her gown and accompanying basket, surrounded with inlaid jet dragonflies and two ears of corn, above a crushed turquoise base - and that's just on one side. The other shows her with a corn body and many ears of corn augmented with dots of red coral and turquoise again surrounded with inlaid jet dragonflies all above a crushed turquoise base. Demonstrating the fine craftsmanship of Faye Quandelacy, this beautiful corn maiden measures 2-15/16 high, 1/2" deep, and 2-3/4" wide.
