This magnificent bear fetish was carved from picasso marble in shades of pale gray and cinnamon. The burley bear and the salmon (abalone shell) fish he’s just caught display exquisite detail work, including shaggy fur, sculptured muscles, and fine facial features on the bear. This matchless sculpture was skillfully created by master fetish carver, Zuni artist Herbert Him.
This amazing fetish measures 2-3/8 high, 3-11/16” long (with fish), and 1-11/16” wide.
