Five full strands of hand-cut square melon shell and hand-cut heishi are interspersed with colorful treasures including coral, malachite, lapis, turquoise and others to form this extraordinary necklace made by
James and Doris Coriz in the Santo Domingo Pueblo of New Mexico.
The turquoise teardrop is much bluer than shown and should be worn over the heart.
It measures 15/16” long
This necklace measures 22” and is finished with silver cones and a hook clasp.
