We know you will be delighted with your treasures from Sierra Madre Trading Company, but if you are not satisfied for any reason, simply contact us first, then return it insured and postage paid in the original packing and container within 2 weeks of your purchase date. Upon receipt of your item(s) in good condition, a refund will be issued in the amount of the purchase price, less the cost of shipping.
In the unlikely event that your treasure arrives in less than satisfactory condition for any reason, call us first. We (the sender) need to report the damage and arrange for a refund or replacement.
