These hand made drums are made by the Tarahumara Indians by steam-bending the wood form and stretching cured goatskin over both sides of the circle. The Indians use drums like these in their social and spiritual gatherings. They are hand-painted on one side only and include a drumstick.
Our hand carved violins are crafted by the Tarahumara Indians located in the Copper Canyon (Barranca del Cobre) region of Mexico. Each one is imbued with it’s own unique character and will make a unique gift for home decorating or a handsome addition to your wall.
