The warm rich colors of the alabaster seem to glow in this graceful depiction of an Indian maid. The head and shoulders carry the natural light color of the etched stone, while the remainder of this sculpture is highly polished.

and is dated and signed. It stands on a 3” round base of polished black marble
The sculpture measures 9” high, 5-1/2” wide and 2-1/2” deep.
